LOS Techno-Functional Owner

Role profile:

Key Skills: Mandatory-MSSQL/PLSQL, Secondary :OracleResponsibilities Technical Development: Design and develop technical specifications, customizations, and conversions (T-SQL, SQL.Loader, API's, Interfaces) based on functional requirements. Functional Configuration: Configure LOS modules (e.g., SCM, Finance, HCM, OTM) to meet business needs, including managing Business Rule Engine (BRMS). SQL/PLSQL Expertise: Write complex SQL queries for data analysis and technical design, writing Store Procedure/Functions, Trigger. Tunning queries (Performance Tunning), Application Support: Provide production support, troubleshoot issues, and resolve bugs related to workflows, reports, and interfaces. Reporting & Analytics: Create custom reports using SQL, BI Publisher, XML Publisher, or OTBI. System Testing: Conduct unit testing, integration testing, and support User Acceptance Testing (UAT). Client Interaction: Partner with business users to gather requirements and bridge the gap between technical teams and functional users. Required Technical Skills Languages: Strong expertise in SQL and PL/SQL. LOS/LM/Collection Expertise Technical Tools: Data Migration:Required Experience & Qualifications 6 to 8 years of relevant experience in a techno-functional role. Proven experience in end-to-end implementation and support projects. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field. Preferred Skills Knowledge of Java/JSPX/XSL. Knowledge of ETL Tool/BI. A general knowledge on AI BOT. RDBMS Certification (MSSQL/Oracle). Cloud Certification (AWS/Azure/GCP). OTM Techno-Functional consultant. Technical Writing/Business Analyst. PMP/ITIL Certification.
