Job Responsibilities:

• Provide technical support and product demonstrations.
• Handle installation, commissioning, troubleshooting, repair, and calibration of electrical testing equipment.
• Conduct customer training and after-sales service.
• Travel for customer visits and on-site technical support.

Support products like:

1. Electrical Testing: Transformer testing equipment, high-voltage testers, multimeters, clamp meters, insulation and earth testers, power quality analyzers.
2. Cable Fault Detection: Power and telecom cable fault locators, TDR, cable testing systems.
3. Telecom & Networking: OTDR, fusion splicers, optical power meters, LAN and fiber certification testers.
4. Underground Utility Detection: Pipe and cable locators, GPR systems, duct rodder and utility mapping equipment.
5. Thermal Imaging: Handheld and fixed thermal imaging cameras.
6. Construction & Concrete NDT: Rebar scanners, concrete test hammers, ultrasonic pulse velocity testers, pile integrity testers.
7. Pavement Testing: Falling weight deflectometers, light weight deflectometers, skid resistance testers, laser profilometers.
8. Material Testing: Ultrasonic flaw detectors, coating thickness gauges, hardness testers and video borescopes.

Required Skills: Electrical testing equipment, field service, troubleshooting, customer support, and good communication skills.

Preferred Profile: Service Engineer / Technical Support Engineer / Application Engineer with relevant industry experience. Delhi NCR candidates preferred.
