Senior Outsystems Developer

Expected Scope of work / Responsibilities:

• Strong understanding of OutSystems architecture, including Service Center, LifeTime, and environment management.
• Create scalable applications that meet business requirements and ensure seamless user experiences.
• Responsible for creating Use cases, provide support for creating Business Requirement Specification.
• Perform QC activities on one or more web-based applications.
• Collaborate with technical and non-technical business stakeholders efficiently.
• Requirement engineering
• Debug and troubleshoot issues across software application(s), ensuring timely resolution.

Must have skills:

• Deep expertise in OutSystems O11 platform, including Reactive Web and Mobile application development, LowCode
• Strong knowledge of JavaScript, HTML, and CSS for advanced UI customization and client-side logic
• Advanced proficiency in database design and optimization (MS SQL, Oracle, etc.)
• Extensive experience with REST and SOAP web services, including integration with enterprise systems
• Strong understanding of OutSystems architecture, including Service Center, LifeTime, and environment management
• Expertise in full-stack development, following best practices in performance, security, and scalability
• Hands-on experience in troubleshooting, debugging, and performance tuning of complex applications
• Excellent communication skills in English, with ability to interact with technical and business stakeholders
• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills, with ability to design scalable solutions

Mandatory certification (if Any):

• Outsystems certified Associate Reactive Developer

Good to have skills:

• Experience in .NET and advanced SQL for building custom extensions and integrations
• Experience with OutSystems Architecture Canvas and application lifecycle best practices
• Exposure to OutSystems Developer Cloud (ODC)
• Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines, DevOps practices, and version control system
• Experience with other low-code platforms and enterprise integrations
