Looking For Mid Level AI Engineer

Role: Mid Level AI Engineer- Agentic

1. Deep Understanding and hands-on experience in Agentic AI, agentic-orchestration -- any cloud like Google ADK/Copilot SDK, LLM models, Prompt Engineering, particularly other relevant AI/ML APIs
2. Experience with Model Context Protocol (MCP) integrations, Langchain & LangGraph, agent tool calling framworks, or similar standards for connecting AI systems with external tools and services
3. Strong proficiency in Python/Node JS  for developing and deploying AI applications in a real-time production environment.
4. Experience in Chat bot devlopement and IVR basics- Develop AI-powered chatbots, virtual assistants, document intelligence, and knowledge search solutions.

Key responsibilities: -

Design, develop, and deploy Agentic Orchestration & Generative AI applications using Large Language Models (LLMs)
Build and maintain Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines for enterprise use cases.
Exposure to any cloud - specifically Proficient in cloud AI offerings and related services like Google CX agent , Big Query, Cloud Run, Pubsub, Data Store, Vertex AI, Authentication, CI/CD Implementation, GIT and other infra
Experience on Voice AI / Digital Channels / Agentic AI applications using tools, connectors, and data sources.

Strong proficiency in Python/ Node JS for developing cloud function, building connection between the client face interface and GCP

Hands-on experience in the identification, design, and implementation of use cases for in contact centers to improve customer experience and operational efficiency.
Good to have basic understanding to Data Science & ML
