We are looking for a proactive and customer-focused Inside Sales Executive to join our sales team at Okhla Phase-I, New Delhi.

Experience: Above 3 years
Education: B.E./B.Tech in Electronics, Electrical, Mechanical, Civil, or a related engineering discipline

Job Overview:

The candidate will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, coordinating with internal teams, and following up on sales opportunities to drive business closures.

Key Responsibilities

• Engage with prospective customers to understand their technical and commercial requirements.
• Coordinate with technical, pre-sales, and internal teams to provide suitable customer solutions.
• Follow up on customer inquiries, quotations, and active sales opportunities to drive closures.
• Maintain accurate customer records, inquiry details, and sales pipeline updates in the CRM.
• Support the sales team in ensuring timely responses to customer inquiries and effective opportunity management.

Desired Candidate Profile

• B.E./B.Tech in Electronics, Electrical, Mechanical, Civil, or a related engineering discipline is required.
• Above 3 years of experience in Inside Sales, Sales Coordination, or Technical Sales.
• Experience in preparing quotations and handling customer inquiries will be preferred.
• Working knowledge of CRM systems and MS Excel.
• Good communication, coordination, and follow-up skills.
• A customer-oriented approach with the ability to manage multiple sales opportunities.
