Looking For Experienced AR Caller For Process Coach role @Technopark

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced AR caller in the role of Process Coach to join our dynamic team at Prochant. The ideal candidate must have strong expertise in end-to-end Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) with a heavy focus on Accounts Receivable (AR) Calling, alongside a passion for coaching, training, and developing teams in a high-performance environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct Training: Deliver engaging training and coaching sessions for new hires and existing employees on RCM processes, AR calling strategies, tools, and industry best practices.
• Material Development: Design, develop, and update training modules, call scripts, process documents, and assessments.
• Performance Support: Provide ongoing floor support, live call monitoring, and feedback to enhance caller productivity and reduce denials.
• Skill Gap Analysis: Collaborate with operations and quality teams to identify training needs, baseline skill gaps, and targeted coaching opportunities.
• Reporting: Maintain accurate training logs, coaching records, and performance tracking reports.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Experience: Minimum 4+ years of hands-on experience in AR Calling within the US Healthcare Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) process.
• Domain Knowledge: Deep expertise in AR follow-up, denial management, insurance guidelines, and billing processes.
• Shift Requirement: Must be completely flexible and willing to work permanently in the Night Shift.
• Job Location: Must be willing to relocate to Technopark, Thiruvananthapuram (On-site/Office-based role).
• Core Skills: Exceptional verbal communication, neutral accent, active listening, presentation, and team mentoring skills.
• Preferred: Prior experience of 4+ years as an AR caller, Quality Analyst, or Process Coach is preferred.
