Location: Gurgaon (Sector 18, Phase 4)
Position: Credit Manager

Key Responsibilities:

• Assess and evaluate home loan, LAP (Loan Against Property), and other retail loan applications.
• Conduct detailed credit appraisal, income assessment, banking analysis, and property evaluation.
• Analyze financial documents, credit bureau reports (CIBIL), and risk parameters to ensure quality underwriting.
• Recommend loan approvals/rejections based on creditworthiness and company policies.
• Coordinate with Sales, Legal, Technical, and Operations teams for smooth loan processing.
