Position: Asst. Manager - Accounts & Finance

Location: Kurla (W), Mumbai

Educational Qualification:  Any Graduate

Job Profile:

1. Banking Operations & MIS

• Compute and reconcile bank interest workings across all working-capital and term facilities, and maintain supporting MIS.
• Coordinate with banks on a daily basis for routine operations, query resolution and timely closure of audit and KYC requirements.
• Submit Purchase Orders to banks against disbursements and maintain a complete trail of disbursement documentation.
• Maintain comprehensive MIS for Bank Guarantee issuances, including entries, renewals, claims and closures.

2. Forex & Treasury Management

• Manage Forex booking, cancellation and utilisation in line with the company's exposure policy.
• Book Forward Contracts preparing supporting documents, bank declaration forms and the underlying sales-order linkage as required by RBI.
• Handle Export Realization intimating exchange rates and conveying disposal instructions to the negotiating bank in a timely manner.

3. Export Documentation & Realization

• Prepare and follow up Packing Credit (PCFC/INR) applications with banks for timely pre-shipment disbursement.
• Coordinate with banks for issuance of e-FIRC for all export inward remittances.
• Execute e-BRC bill lodgement, attend bank visits and resolve queries raised by the bank during BRC generation.
• Review the outstanding Packing Credit and export-bills report received from banks; track and clear ageing items.
• Process export logistics bills, including freight invoices and CHA / C&F charges, and ensure timely vendor payments.
• Prepare complete Export Post-Shipment LC documentation sets — Covering Letter, Bill of Exchange, Commercial Invoice, Packing List, Certificate of Origin, GSP Form A, GSP Form AI (ASEAN countries), Insurance, Fumigation Certificate and Beneficiary Certificate — in line with LC terms.
• Process export sales agency commission payments and reconcile against underlying sales orders.
• Work on EDPMS outstanding data, follow up with banks and ensure timely closure of pending shipping bills.

4. Imports & Outward Remittances

• Execute outward remittances and complete documentation — Form 15CA / 15CB, Form A2 — and follow up for SWIFT message copies of remittances.
• Handle import payment documentation, including Form A1 and other bank formalities, in compliance with FEMA / RBI guidelines.

5. Letters of Credit & Bank Guarantees

• Manage LC opening, LC prepayment, supporting documentation, coordination and follow-ups with banks and internal teams.
• Maintain the LC Interest Sheet, calculate accrued interest and update Rate of Interest (ROI) movements on a periodic basis.
• Drive Bank Guarantee issuance and follow-ups — coordinating with banks and internal stakeholders for documents and details, and ensuring BGs are issued by banks within the committed due dates.
