Looking For a Planning Engineer To Be based at the Head Office.

Key Responsibilities

Planning & Scheduling

• Prepare & assist in preparation of tender and baseline programmes using Primavera P6
• Review and consolidate project schedules received from site teams using Primavera P6
• Track progress across multiple sites against baseline programs and flag deviations to management

Monthly Progress Reports

• Review monthly progress reports for the ongoing projects and highlight the key risks to the management

MIS & KPI Reporting

• Prepare periodic (monthly) MIS reports and dashboards consolidating data from all sites
• Track and report project KPIs to senior management and leadership
• Maintain trackers for schedule, cost, and billing status across the project portfolio

Billing & Contract Support

• Review and consolidate client billing / RA bill data submitted by sites and highlight the key issues

Budget & Variance Control

• Support corporate budget tracking and consolidate variance reports across projects
• Assist in preparing budget review presentations for management

Cost & Financial Reporting

• Consolidate Cost-to-Complete (CTC) reports and Site P&L data and report to the management
• Prepare consolidated cash flow reports and forecasts across projects for management review
• Track budget vs. actual data across the portfolio and highlight variances

Required Skills & Competencies

• Working knowledge of MS Project and Primavera P6
• Strong MS Excel and PowerPoint skills for MIS, dashboards, and presentations
• Basic understanding of cost control, CTC, budgeting, and variance analysis
• Familiarity with RA billing and contract documentation processes

Strong coordination and follow-up skills to manage multi-site data consolidation
