Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain scalable semantic models using Looker and LookML.
• Build dashboards, reports, PDTs, derived tables, and aggregate-aware models using BigQuery.
• Configure access grants, roles, permissions, and data governance controls.
• Develop automated testing and CI/CD workflows using GitHub Actions.
• Perform technical analysis and troubleshoot complex production issues.
• Improve application reliability, monitoring, and operational performance through preventive measures and automation.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, customers, and SRE governance teams.
• Support the development and maintenance of cloud-based desktop and mobile applications.
• Provide technical guidance and ensure timely delivery of assigned work.

Mandatory Skills

• 4+ years of hands-on experience with Looker and LookML.
• Strong experience in LookML semantic modelling, core LookML, aggregate awareness, PDTs, and derived tables.
• Strong working knowledge of Google BigQuery and GCP.
• Experience developing Looker dashboards and implementing access grants and roles.
• Experience building CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions.
• Knowledge of automated testing and deployment practices.
• Experience troubleshooting complex production incidents.
• Understanding of API-based frameworks and cloud infrastructure.

Good-to-Have Skills

• Knowledge of ReactJS, React Native, and Node.js.
• Exposure to Azure or Azure DevOps.
• Experience with other reporting or business intelligence tools.
• Understanding of Site Reliability Engineering practices.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and team collaboration skills.
