Long ARM Sales Person

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets through channel partnerships with builders, contractors, and retail customers.
• Identify new business opportunities and build relationships with key decision-makers in the residential market.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop marketing materials, product positioning, and pricing strategies that drive sales growth.
• Analyze sales data to optimize performance metrics such as conversion rates, average order value, and customer acquisition costs.

Job Requirements :

• 4-11 years of experience in B2B or B2C sales in the building material industry.
• Proven track record of success in channel sales management or similar role.
• Strong understanding of architectural design principles and construction processes.
• Excellent communication skills for effective relationship-building with clients at all levels.
