Logistics Transformation Manager

Roles and Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end transformation projects across various industries, focusing on process re-engineering, automation, and technology implementation.
  
• Collaborate with clients to understand their business needs and develop customized solutions using SAP tools such as S/4HANA.
  
• Develop project plans, timelines, and resource allocation strategies for large-scale logistics transformations.
  
• Manage cross-functional teams comprising consultants from different disciplines (e.g., supply chain management, operations research) to deliver high-quality results.
  
• Provide thought leadership on industry trends and best practices in logistics transformation.
  

Desired Candidate Profile

• 9-14 years of experience in managing complex IT-enabled transformation programs in the logistics domain.
  
• Strong understanding of SAP S/4HANA platform and its applications in supply chain management.
  
• Proven track record of leading multiple projects simultaneously with minimal supervision.
  
• Excellent communication skills with ability to build strong relationships with clients at all levels.
