Job Summary

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Logistics Planning Executive to support inventory management, demand planning, and customer coordination activities. The ideal candidate should possess strong communication skills, analytical abilities, and a keen interest in supply chain digitalization.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor daily inventory levels and maintain accurate inventory records.
• Coordinate with customers on daily demand requirements and planning activities.
• Work closely with warehouse teams to ensure timely dispatch and delivery of goods.
• Communicate with overseas suppliers to discuss shipment schedules and ensure timely pickups.
• Track supply chain operations and proactively address delays or issues.
• Support inventory management and logistics planning processes.
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and digitalization projects within the supply chain function.
• Prepare and maintain reports using MS Excel.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Any Discipline).
• Strong knowledge of Inventory Management and Supply Chain Management concepts.
• Proficiency in MS Excel.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to coordinate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
• Strong learning attitude and willingness to adapt to digital tools and processes.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience: Fresher or 1-2 years of relevant experience in Logistics, Supply Chain, Inventory Management, or Planning.
• Knowledge of SAP is an added advantage but not mandatory.
