Logistics Operator III

Job Summary

This role is in support of Cencoras global logistics and storage services marketed through our World Courier business.

Responsibilities

• Handles documentation and system updates to maintain accuracy and traceability of logistics operations
• Monitors shipment status and tracks performance metrics to identify delays or discrepancies
• Communicates with internal teams, carriers, and customers to align requirements and provide updates
• Resolves routine logistics issues using established procedures and escalates complex cases with supporting details
• Maintains organized records and ensures compliance with operational and reporting standards
• Adjusts task priorities and workflow sequencing to meet service-level and operational targets

Requirements

• High School Diploma/GED or equivalent experience required
• 2+ years of experience in clinical trial support, clinical logistics coordination logistics, logistics operations, transportation coordination, shipment tracking or a related field required
• Fluent English communication skills, both written and verbal - must have
• Fluent Hindi and Tamil communication skills, both written and verbal - must have
• Willingness to work in rotational shifts, including 9:00 AM - 18:00 PM and 13:00 PM - 21:00 PM, Monday-Saturday
• Fully on-site availability required
• Certification in logistics, transportation operations, transportation systems, or dispatch tools or equivalent preferred
