About the Role

We are looking for a highly proactive and responsible Logistics Coordinator / Logistics Operations Executive who will take ownership of the day-to-day logistics and delivery operations.

The primary responsibility of this role is to ensure that every delivery reaches the customer on time, in full, and without issues. The person will coordinate closely with warehouse, dispatch, sales, customer service, transport partners, and other internal teams to ensure smooth execution from order readiness to final delivery.

This is a high-coordination and execution-focused role where strong communication, follow-up, problem-solving, and ownership are critical.

Key Responsibilities

- Take end-to-end ownership of daily delivery operations and ensure deliveries happen on time and as planned.

- Coordinate with warehouse, dispatch, sales, customer service, transporters, delivery partners, and other teams.

- Track all pending and ongoing deliveries and proactively follow up to avoid delays.

- Ensure vehicles, transporters, delivery partners, and required resources are arranged on time.

- Monitor dispatches and delivery status throughout the day.

- Identify potential delays or operational issues and take immediate corrective action.

- Resolve delivery-related issues by coordinating with the relevant internal and external teams.

- Maintain continuous communication with transporters and logistics partners.

- Escalate critical issues to management quickly with a clear understanding of the problem and proposed solution.

- Ensure proper coordination between warehouse readiness and vehicle/transport availability.

- Maintain daily logistics reports, delivery status, pending deliveries, and issue trackers.

- Follow up on failed, delayed, rejected, or incomplete deliveries until closure.

- Ensure there are minimal delivery delays, cancellations, damages, and customer complaints.

- Continuously improve the logistics process to make deliveries faster, more reliable, and cost-effective.

• Excellent communication skills in English, Hindi & Telugu.
• Strong coordination, follow-up, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to handle pressure and manage multiple deliveries/issues.
• Strong ownership, accountability, and decision-making skills.
• Good negotiation and interpersonal skills.
• Clear communication with warehouse teams, drivers, transporters, and management.
• Proficiency in Excel / Google Sheets and basic reporting.
• Quick thinking and ability to resolve unexpected operational issues.

- Number of delayed deliveries

- Number of failed/rejected deliveries

- Issue resolution turnaround time

- Pending delivery closure

- Transporter/driver coordination efficiency

- Number of customer complaints related to logistics

- Overall smoothness of daily logistics operations

Preferred Experience

- 2 to 5 years of experience in logistics, transportation, supply chain, e-commerce, quick commerce, FMCG, distribution, or a similar operations environment.

- Experience coordinating with multiple teams and external logistics/transport partners will be preferred.

- Experience in a fast-paced business environment will be an advantage.

If something is going wrong, they know about it early and fix it.

By the end of the day, deliveries are completed with minimum delays and minimum issues.
