About this role
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end logistics operations including first mileand last-mile activities.
- Supervise to achieve operational targets and service excellence.
- Monitor operational performance, including TAT, SLA adherence, PDD, NDR, and exception management.
- Manage relationships with courier partners to ensure smooth execution.
- Analyze operational data and prepare MIS reports, dashboards, and performance reviews.
- Drive resolution of critical customer escalations and ensure timely closure.
- Conduct root cause analysis (RCA) for service failures and implement corrective actions.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams such as Sales, Finance, IT, and Customer Support.
- Implement and monitor SOPs, compliance standards, and operational controls.
Required Skills:
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Advanced knowledge of logistics operations and supply chain processes.
- Proficiency in MS Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, MIS reporting).
- Strong stakeholder and courier management skills.
- Excellent communication and escalation management skills.
Experience:
- 24 years of experience in logistics, courier, e-commerce, or supply chain operations.
Preferred Qualification:
- Bachelors degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
