Role & responsibilities

Import -

• Receiving Import Documents and acknowledging it

• Entering into Import Register and DSR

• Forwarding the documents to CHA

• Monitoring Vessel ETAs

• Coordination with plants for dispatches

• Coordination with CHA and Transporters

• Monitoring timely clearance

• Ensuring clearance within free period

• Monitoring cost with CHA, Transporters invoices

• Checking CHA, Transporters’ invoices

• Checking CFS Invoices

• Monitoring usage of RODTEP Scrip

• Maintaining usage of Advance Licenses

• Maintaining campaign analysis statement for BASF

• Checking Bill of Entries and Approving the same

• Month-end activities – Provisions

• MBR Preparations

• Solving Auditor queries

Export -

• Getting dispatch plan from plant

• Coordination with Forwarders and ensuring dispatches

• Ensuring timely custom formalities

• Ensuring receipt of post clearing documents viz BL/AWB

• Checking Shipping Bill

• Arranging sample dispatches

• Preparing documents viz SCOMET/EVD/Declarations etc

• Updating Export shipment status to respective BDM

• Monitoring documentation of RODTEP Licenses

• Monitoring Inter-Unit dispatches

• Arranging vehicles as per dispatch plan

• Updating Export Register

• Monitoring timely submission of invoices to Accounts

• Attending dispatch sales meeting on daily basis
