We’re looking for a proactive Fulfillment Manager to manage end-to-end fulfillment operations, ensure timely order processing and deliveries, and drive operational efficiency across logistics and supply chain activities.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end fulfillment operations, from order processing to final delivery.
- Coordinate with warehouse teams, transporters, 3PL partners, and internal stakeholders.
- Monitor order fulfillment, inventory availability, dispatch planning, and delivery timelines.
- Ensure adherence to TAT, SLAs, and operational performance metrics.
- Track orders and resolve delays, delivery exceptions, and escalations.
- Monitor inventory movement, stock reconciliation, and fulfillment accuracy.
- Maintain operational MIS, performance reports, and fulfillment dashboards.
- Identify process gaps and implement improvements to reduce costs and improve efficiency.
- Ensure smooth coordination between logistics, warehouse, procurement, and business teams.

Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in fulfillment, logistics, supply chain, or warehouse operations.
- Hands-on experience managing 3PL partners and delivery operations.
- Strong analytical, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
- Experience with MIS reporting, Excel, and operational KPIs.
- Experience in e-commerce, automotive, B2B logistics, or quick commerce is an advantage.
