Logistics Manager

Strong experience in import and local order forecasting and planning.

Experience in vendor management, transporter coordination and logistics cost control.

Good knowledge of import shipment coordination, shipment tracking and delivery planning.

Hands-on experience in warehouse operations, inventory control and stock reconciliation.

Ability to monitor stock levels, ageing, expiry, slow-moving and excess inventory.

Experience in coordinating with Sales, Purchase, Import and Finance teams.

Strong understanding of inbound and outbound logistics and distribution operations.

Experience in vehicle planning, route planning and transporter performance management.

Ability to ensure timely availability of materials and customer deliveries.

Good skills in MIS reporting, Excel, inventory reports and logistics KPIs.

Experience in perishable/food/cold-chain logistics will be an advantage.

Strong vendor negotiation, problem-solving and coordination skills.

Good communication and team-management skills.
