Logistics Manager

Role & responsibilities

• Coordinate import, export and domestic shipments with freight forwarders, customs brokers, transporters and the assembly subcontractor; track consignments to final delivery and resolve issues proactively.
• Manage inbound and outbound warehouse activity receiving, storage, picking, packing and dispatch of finished systems and spare parts to customers and regional warehouses.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and support periodic reconciliation.
• Handle documentation and reporting under India's duty exemption schemes (IGCR and any future applicable schemes), keeping audit-ready records of imports, exports and inventory movement.
• Liaise with customs consultants and government authorities to ensure full compliance with import/export regulations and timely filings.
• Run day-to-day operations of the India office and warehouse — organisation, safety, upkeep, utilities and office service providers.
• Act as the primary logistics and administration interface between Atlantium HQ (Israel), Atlantium India, the assembly subcontractor and external service providers.
• Prepare operational reports on shipment progress, inventory status and compliance matters.
• Support local administration: vendor coordination, purchase requests, and records of contracts and shipping documentation.
