Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Logistics Manager to oversee logistics operations, inventory management, transportation, vendor coordination, and timely delivery of materials for our telecom and networking projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end logistics, transportation, and material movement across project sites.
• Oversee inventory, warehouse operations, stock verification, and material tracking.
• Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, transporters, and internal departments for timely deliveries.
• Ensure proper documentation, including invoices, delivery challans, e-way bills, and proof of delivery.
• Monitor logistics costs and identify opportunities for cost optimization.
• Prepare MIS reports on inventory, dispatches, deliveries, and logistics expenses.
• Coordinate with project teams to ensure materials are available as per project requirements.
• Supervise logistics staff and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

Required Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
• 5–8 years of relevant experience in logistics and supply chain operations.
• Experience in the telecom, networking, or IT infrastructure industry is preferred.
• Knowledge of inventory management, vendor management, and GST documentation.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and ERP/inventory management systems.
• Strong coordination, negotiation, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
