Responsibilities -

1. Own and oversee end-to-end logistics operations, including import, export, customs clearance and till last point of delivery.
2. In-depth knowledge of customs procedures/various HSN categories and licenses and documents required for clearance.
3. Hands on experience in Clearance of Demo products/ Hazardous material/Tools under Carnets / and items on FOC basis.
4. Excellent negotiation skills to negotiate rates with transporters /CHAs.
5. Customs F-Card holder would be an added advantage.
6. Ensure accuracy, completeness and compliance of all logistics and trade documentation (shipping documents, invoices, packing list, Bill of Entry in complaince with LC terms)
7. Act as the single point of contact for documentation review prior to submission to customs, banks and customers.
8. Lead coordination with suppliers/customers, freight forwarders, transporters to ensure on time and cost-effective deliveries.
9. Vendor development, price negotiation to reduce current cost by 30 to 40 percent
10. Liaise with different internal and external stakeholders
11. Provide guidance and escalation support to internal stakeholders (Sales, Finance, Supply Chain)
12. Exposure in Movex & Sales Force will be an added advantage.
13. Flexible for travelling for customs related matters and clearance.
