About this role
- Assist in coordinating and tracking incoming and outgoing shipments
- Maintain and update logistics-related records and documents
- Coordinate with transporters, vendors, and internal departments
- Track delivery status and provide timely updates
- Assist in preparing invoices, delivery notes, and other logistics documents
- Support inventory and stock-related activities
- Verify shipment details and ensure documentation is accurate
- Follow up with vendors/transporters regarding pending deliveries
- Prepare basic reports and update data in Excel
- Assist the team with day-to-day logistics and administrative activities
- Must have Good communication and coordination skills
- Must have Basic knowledge of MS Excel and MS Office
- Must have Basic knowledge of EOU (Export Oriented Unit) and SEZ (Special Economic Zone)Must have Knowledge of Customs Duty and applicable taxes related to logistics/import-export operations
