Logistics Intern

Role & responsibilities

• Assist in day-to-day supply chain and procurement activities.
• Support inventory management, stock tracking and documentation.
• Coordinate with internal departments for material requirements.
• Assist in purchase orders, material requests and vendor follow-ups.
• Maintain records of incoming and outgoing materials.
• Support data entry, MIS reports and basic supply chain analysis.
• Coordinate with stores, purchase and other hospital departments.
• Assist the team in identifying stock shortages and ensuring timely availability of materials.
• Follow hospital policies and standard operating procedures.
