Logistics Executive

Role & responsibilities

SABER Registration: Register products on the Saudi SABER platform, coordinate with conformity assessment bodies, arrange the required compliance documents, and obtain shipment certificates.

2. Vendor Coordination: Communicate with suppliers regarding SABER documents and import/shipping documentation for Dubai (DXB) and Saudi Arabia (KSA).

3. Warson Orders: Track upcoming orders for Warson and ensure the orders are processed and coordinated on time.

4. Supervise Logistics Coordinator: Monitor the logistics coordinator's work related to RFQs (Requests for Quotations), POs (Purchase Orders), and intercompany stock transfers between company entities.

5. Landed Cost in NetSuite: Enter landed costs in NetSuite, including applicable freight, customs duties, insurance, and other import expenses, to calculate the actual cost of imported goods.

6. New Item Registration: Supervise the registration of new products in the system for retail and corporate sales.

7. Warehouse and Shipment Supervision: Coordinate with the warehouse supervisor to manage import and export shipments and ensure proper documentation and dispatch.

8. AWB for Sales Team: Prepare Air Waybills (AWBs), which are shipping documents used for air freight shipments arranged for the sales team.

9. AWB for Development Samples: Create shipping documents for product samples sent for testing, evaluation, or development purposes.

10. Government Payments: Follow up with the finance team to ensure timely payment of government-related logistics charges, duties, and fees.

11. Logistics and Government Bills: Prepare bills and payment documents related to logistics services and government charges.

12. KSADXB Shipments: Prepare the necessary shipping, customs, and transfer documents for goods moving between Saudi Arabia and Dubai, in both directions.
