Key Responsibilities:

• Manage daily dispatches and finished goods transportation.
• Coordinate with transporters, drivers, and internal teams for timely deliveries.
• Handle dispatch documentation, invoices, e-way bills, and LR/GR.
• Track shipments and follow up on proof of delivery (POD).
• Monitor freight costs and ensure cost-effective vehicle utilization.
• Maintain dispatch records and prepare daily logistics MIS reports.
• Coordinate with warehouse, production, sales, and accounts teams.

Requirements:

• Graduate in any discipline.
• 2 to 4 years of experience in logistics or dispatch, preferably in manufacturing or building materials.
• Knowledge of transportation, e-way bills, and MS Excel.
• Strong coordination, communication, and problem-solving skills.
