Logistics Executive

Role & responsibilities

• Execute the secure and appropriate packing of the product.
• Verify the packed items against the Outward Documentation (e.g Picklist) to ensure quantity, barcode,image, product type, and destination accuracy.
• Work closely with the Outward Executive to match physical shipments with all required logistical and documents.
• Check packing material properly as product type.
• Generate necessary tracking numbers and confirm pickup schedules to meet dispatch deadlines.
• Communicate with the respective teams for courier partner related points.

Preferred candidate profile

• Education: Graduate in any stream.
• Experience: Minimum 1 year of experience in packing, dispatch, logistics handling, or a similar operational

role. Knowledge of the jewellery is preferred

• Technical Skills:

I. Basic Knowledge in MS Excel for data entry, tracking, and basic reporting.

II. Knowledge of Packaging Materials and techniques suitable for various types of goods.

III. Familiarity with tracking systems used by logistics providers.
