Job Summary

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Logistics / SCM Executive to support day-to-day logistics, transportation, and warehouse operations. The candidate will be responsible for coordinating dispatches, tracking shipments, managing inventory movements, and ensuring timely delivery of materials across PAN India.

The ideal candidate should have strong coordination and communication skills, basic knowledge of logistics documentation, and the ability to work closely with transporters, warehouse teams, vendors, and internal departments.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily dispatches, transportation, and delivery activities across PAN India.
• Liaise with transporters, warehouse teams, vendors, and third-party logistics (3PL) partners to ensure timely deliveries.
• Monitor inbound and outbound material movements and maintain accurate shipment records.
• Support warehouse operations, inventory tracking, stock reconciliation, and material handling.
• Prepare and verify logistics documentation, including e-way bills, invoices, delivery challans, and other dispatch-related documents.
• Track shipments and proactively resolve delays, delivery issues, and transportation-related concerns.
• Maintain daily logistics reports, dispatch records, and operational data using MS Excel or Google Sheets.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of dispatches and timely movement of materials.
• Ensure proper documentation and adherence to logistics and warehouse processes.
• Travel within Bangalore to warehouses and other operational locations as required.

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related field.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in logistics, warehousing, transportation, or supply chain operations.
• Good working knowledge of MS Excel or Google Sheets.
• Basic understanding of transportation documentation, e-way bills, invoices, and dispatch processes.
• Strong communication, coordination, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and work in a fast-paced operational environment.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in warehouse operations, dispatch management, inventory coordination, or 3PL coordination.
• Familiarity with shipment tracking, transporter coordination, and delivery management.
• Proficiency in Kannada, English, and Hindi is preferred.
• Willingness to travel locally within Bangalore for warehouse visits and operational coordination.
