About the Role:

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Logistics Executive to manage and coordinate day-to-day logistics operations, with a strong focus on 1st-mile and mid-mile logistics, vendor coordination, and timely movement of goods, import-export shipments

The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in logistics operations, good communication and coordination skills, and the ability to manage multiple shipments and stakeholders simultaneously.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage 1st-mile and mid-mile logistics operations.
• Coordinate with vendors, transporters, and warehouses for vehicle placement and timely movement of goods.
• Create gate passes for stock transfers from the mother warehouse to other locations.
• Follow up with warehouses for GRN completion and gate pass closure.
• Maintain logistics trackers and prepare basic MIS reports.
• Manage logistics documents and monthly transport invoice processing.
• Track shipment delays, short deliveries, damages, and quantity mismatches.
• Escalate issues and follow up until they are resolved.
• Track import and export shipments, including ETD, ETA, and required documents.
• Coordinate with freight forwarders, CHAs for smooth shipment movement.

Preferred Qualifications:

• 2+ years of experience in logistics or operations.
• Good communication skills.
• Strong coordination and follow-up skills.
• Experience in import-export logistics.
• Basic knowledge of freight forwarding and customs processes.
• Ability to manage multiple shipments and priorities.
• Good problem-solving and ownership skills.
• Good knowledge of MS Excel and Google Sheets.
