Logistics / Dispatch Executive (Stock Maintenance)

We are looking for a Logistics / Dispatch Executive to manage day-to-day dispatch operations, stock maintenance, and inventory records. The candidate will be responsible for coordinating with warehouse, transporters, sales, production, and accounts teams to ensure timely dispatches and accurate stock management.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and execute daily dispatches as per approved sales orders.
• Coordinate with transporters, drivers, warehouse, sales, and production teams.
• Ensure timely loading, dispatch, and delivery of materials.
• Prepare and verify Invoices, LR, E-Way Bills, Packing Lists, PODs, and other dispatch documents.
• Track vehicle movement and confirm delivery status.
• Resolve delivery-related issues such as delays, shortages, and damages.
• Maintain accurate records of raw material and finished goods stock.
• Update inward and outward stock entries in ERP/stock registers.
• Conduct regular physical stock reconciliation and identify variances.
• Monitor minimum stock levels and coordinate for replenishment.
• Identify damaged, slow-moving, or excess inventory.
• Ensure proper stacking, labeling, and storage of materials.
• Prepare and submit dispatch reports, stock statements, and PODs.
• Maintain records required for audits and compliance.

Required Skills

• Good knowledge of Logistics, Dispatch & Inventory Management.
• Familiarity with GST, E-Way Bills, LR, invoices, and transport documentation.
• Good knowledge of MS Excel and ERP systems.
• Strong numerical, analytical, and record-keeping skills.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Ability to manage multiple dispatch and stock-related activities efficiently.

Preferred Experience

• 3 - 5 years of experience in Logistics, Dispatch, Inventory, or Warehouse Operations.
• Experience in a manufacturing/warehouse environment will be preferred.
