Logistics Coordinator

Role & responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage forward and reverse logistics for MacBooks, iPads, iPhones and accessories.
• Coordinate device pickup, delivery, repair movement and loaner returns.
• Coordinate with courier/logistics partners and track shipments.
• Maintain serial number, asset ID, AWB, pickup/delivery and POD records.
• Monitor logistics SLA and proactively follow up on delays.
• Coordinate with customers, service engineers, warehouse and support teams.
• Prepare daily/weekly logistics and pending shipment reports.
• Ensure proper chain of custody and safe handling of Apple devices.

Good communication, strong follow-up, Excel/Google Sheets, shipment tracking, asset management and ability to manage multiple logistics activities simultaneously.
