Logistics Coordinator

Coordinate stock movement across our Chennai warehouse and branch network - managing fulfilment, inventory, courier partners and accurate dispatch documentation.

• Coordinate inbound and outbound stock between the central warehouse and branches.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and reconcile against system counts.
• Schedule deliveries and manage last-mile courier partners for Tier-2/3 reach.
• Prepare and verify dispatch documentation, ensuring batch and expiry traceability.
• Flag stock risks - shortages, ageing inventory, damages - to the operations head.

• Graduate in commerce, logistics or a related field; 1-3 years in warehousing or supply chain.
• Working knowledge of inventory/ERP systems and MS Excel.
• Strong attention to detail and documentation discipline.

• Experience handling temperature-sensitive or FMCG goods.
• Familiarity with courier aggregator platforms.
