Logistics Coordinator

Role objective:

To manage and optimize end-to-end cargo connections, logistics networks, and branch inventory while balancing cost efficiency, compliance, and seamless operational alignment with airline and vendor partners.

Job description:

• Plan air connections strategically aligning with the branch operations and clients requirements.
• Coordinate with airlines teams for flight schedules, load consolidation and documents requirements.
• To have a clear understanding of IATA guideline for different shipment categories.
• Provide solutions for surface connections as and when required.
• Coordinate with vehicle vendors for vehicle deployment based on need.
• Have a clear understanding of connection costing and its impact.

Inventory Management:

• Manage the inventory of consumables such as shipper boxes and temperature loggers.
• Forecast, plan, and dispatch inventory every month based on the consumption and projections.
• Identifying and deploying the consumable vendors for procuring the right products at right price.
• Oversee the inventory availability across the branches and fulfilling as required.

Required Qualifications:

• Any graduate with 4-8 years of relevant experience.
• Any certifications related to Cold Chain operations will be an added advantage.
