Logistics & Booking Executive

About The Role

We're looking for a well-organised Logistics & Booking Executive to own the day-to-day movement of our orders — from booking shipments on courier platforms to keeping every record accurate in Zoho. You'll be the coordination hub between our warehouse, sales team, courier partners, and customers, making sure orders go out on time, tracking is up to date, and nothing slips through the cracks. If you're detail-oriented, comfortable juggling multiple courier portals and Excel sheets, and you follow through reliably, you'll do well here. Fluent, polished English isn't required — clear, dependable communication is.

What you'll do

• Book, schedule, and manage shipments across courier and aggregator platforms such as Nimbuspost, Shiprocket, Delhivery, DTDC, Trackon, Tirupati, and Xpressbees.
• Coordinate daily order dispatch with the warehouse, sales team, and customers to ensure on-time delivery.
• Maintain and update order, customer, and shipment records accurately in Zoho CRM and Zoho Books.
• Track shipments end to end, and proactively resolve delays, NDR (non-delivery reports), and RTO (return-to-origin) cases.
• Prepare and maintain Excel sheets and reports for orders, dispatch, and reconciliation.
• Liaise with courier partners on pickups, rate issues, weight disputes, and claims for lost or damaged parcels.
• Keep all teams informed with clear, timely updates so order status is always transparent.
  
  

What we're looking for

• 1–3 years of experience in logistics, shipping, dispatch, or order-booking coordination.
• Hands-on working knowledge of Zoho CRM and Zoho Books, with a good understanding of how both are used day to day.
• Familiarity with courier/aggregator platforms (Shiprocket, Nimbuspost, Delhivery, DTDC, Trackon, Tirupati, Xpressbees, etc.) and how to book and manage shipments on them.
• Strong Microsoft Excel skills — data entry, maintaining sheets, and basic formulas.
• Excellent coordination, organisation, and follow-through; comfortable managing many moving parts at once.
• Average spoken and written English is acceptable — clear, reliable communication matters more than fluency.
• Based in or able to commute to Faridabad, Haryana.
  
  

Nice to have

• Experience with e-commerce order fulfilment (Amazon, Flipkart, or a website store).
• Exposure to NDR/RTO handling and end-of-month shipment reconciliation.
• Basic understanding of GST and invoicing within Zoho Books.
• Prior experience coordinating with multiple courier partners at once.
