Logistics Assistant (Pithampur)

Coordinate with transporters for vehicle placement and dispatch planning.

Arrange suitable vehicles as per load, route, destination, and delivery schedule.

Coordinate with drivers, transporters, warehouses, customers, and internal teams.

Track vehicles during transit and provide regular shipment status updates.

Follow up on vehicle delays, breakdowns, route issues, and delivery concerns.

Ensure timely loading, dispatch, and delivery of consignments.

Prepare and verify logistics documents such as LR, Delivery Challan, Invoice, E-way Bill, POD and other dispatch documents.

Collect and maintain POD/LR acknowledgements after delivery.

Maintain daily transport and shipment trackers/MIS reports.

Verify transporter bills against agreed freight rates, LR and POD before submitting to Accounts.
