Logistics Documentation

• Prepare and verify logistics-related documents, including:
• Delivery Challan
• E-way Bill
• Transport Permit
• Gate Pass
• Invoices
• Export/Import documents, wherever applicable
• Ensure accuracy and compliance of documentation before dispatch. Weighbridge & Tanker Operations
• Operate the weighbridge and maintain accurate weight records.
• Ensure proper sealing of tankers before dispatch.
• Check tankers as per the prescribed checklist.
• Ensure compliance with applicable safety and operational requirements.
• Shift Reporting
• Prepare daily shift reports and logistics performance summaries.
• Maintain records related to dispatches, vehicle movement and operational activities.
• Dispatch & Vehicle Management
• Monitor and ensure on-time dispatch performance.
• Monitor and improve vehicle turnaround time (TAT).
• Manage vehicle parking and movement within the designated area.
• Coordinate with relevant departments, transporters and drivers for smooth dispatch operations.
