Role Description The Location Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Ballia, responsible for overseeing branch operations and ensuring high standards of customer service and compliance. This role involves managing daily branch activities, monitoring performance against targets, and driving customer satisfaction through efficient service delivery. The Location Manager coordinates budgeting and resource allocation, supervises and mentors team members, and organizes regular training to build capabilities and improve service quality. The role also includes maintaining strong communication with regional leadership, implementing company policies, and identifying opportunities for business growth within the local market.

• Training skills to develop, coach, and upskill team members for consistent performance.
• Experience in branch or location management, preferably in insurance, banking, or financial services.
• Ability to lead teams, set clear performance expectations, and manage operations in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in basic office software and comfort with digital tools and platforms used in financial services.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Management, or a related field is preferred.
