• Experience working in a goal oriented sales environment.
• Customer FI, counseling &Tele verification, need of credit facilities, of existing loans, collection of pending arrears, and also KYC & Pending documents etc.
• Maintaining very good relationship with all Dealers for collecting kyc, invoice insurance ,
• Participate in the career development of each employee, including training of consumer lending products and services
• Provide exceptional service to ensure customer satisfaction and ensure continued relationships with customer and Dealers
• Manage collection activities including consulting with customers on loan payments for past due accounts
• Maintaining Customers track records.
• Co-ordinating with Colleagues, ABM,ASM and office credit team.
