Local/USA Sourcing Associate
(High-Impact Commercial Role)
Location: Bangalore (On-site)
Work Hours: 5 PM to 2 AM IST (Aligned with USA business hours)

What This Role Is Really About
This is not a backend procurement role. You will drive competitive pricing, find the right suppliers, and support deal-winning RFQs. Your work directly impacts revenue.
Key Responsibilities
RFQ Ownership & Pricing Support
- Handle multiple RFQs daily with speed and accuracy
- Compare suppliers and ensure competitive pricing
Supplier Research & Development
- Identify and build supplier base (USA & global)
- Benchmark vendors for cost, quality, reliability
Commercial Thinking & Cost Optimization
- Identify cost-saving opportunities
- Suggest alternatives to improve margins
PO Execution & Coordination
- Manage POs and track delivery timelines
- Coordinate with internal teams
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Work with Sales, Design, Operations, Logistics
What Were Looking For
Must Have
- 36 years in procurement, sourcing, or RFQ roles
- Strong English communication
- Fast-paced work ability
- Ownership mindset

- ASI / PPAI / SAGE knowledge
