Key Responsibilities
Operations Management
- Oversee all hotel operations during the night shift.
- Ensure smooth coordination between Front Office, Housekeeping, Engineering, Security, and FB.
- Monitor occupancy, room status, and operational readiness.
Guest Experience
- Handle guest requests, complaints, and emergency situations.
- Ensure VIP arrivals and late check-ins/check-outs are managed efficiently.
- Maintain high standards of guest satisfaction and service recovery.
Front Office Oversight
- Supervise night audit and end-of-day procedures.
- Ensure accurate billing, cash handling, and revenue reconciliation.
- Review arrivals, departures, and room allocations.
Safety Security
- Conduct regular property inspections.
- Ensure compliance with fire, life safety, and emergency procedures.
- Coordinate with the security team during incidents.
Housekeeping Engineering Coordination
- Ensure room readiness for the next day''s arrivals.
- Coordinate urgent maintenance requests.
- Monitor cleanliness of public areas and guest floors.
Team Management
- Lead and support all associates on the night shift.
- Conduct shift briefings and handovers.
- Ensure adherence to SOPs and grooming standards.
Reporting Compliance
- Prepare the Night Manager''s daily report.
- Escalate critical operational issues to management.
- Maintain incident, maintenance, and guest complaint logs.
