Process: Loan Officer | Banking & Financial Services

• Qualification: Graduate / HSC Pass
• Experience: Freshers and experienced candidates can apply
• Graduate Candidates: Freshers are eligible
• HSC Pass Candidates: Minimum 6 months of telesales experience mandatory
• CTC: 2.7 LPA - 3.3 LPA
• Mandatory Language: Malayalam / Kannada / Telugu (any one)
• Interview Mode: Face-to-Face

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Handle customer calls and explain loan products.
• Generate leads and follow up with potential customers.
• Assist customers with loan-related queries.
• Achieve sales targets and maintain customer relationships.
