Loan Sales Manager

This is an opportunity for a Loan Sales Manager to take up a meaningful commercial role in Noida / Delhi NCR. The role involves understanding customer requirements, explaining relevant financial products or services, maintaining a structured pipeline and building relationships over time. Depending on the assignment, there may also be branch, field, partner or portfolio responsibilities and regular performance reporting. Customer-facing sales or relationship experience is useful, while relevant experience from other industries will also be considered. There is scope to take on more responsibility as performance develops, particularly for candidates who demonstrate ownership and sound judgement. The expected experience range is 3-7 years; strong candidates with closely relevant experience may also be considered. Candidates from other industries are encouraged to apply where their customer-facing, sales or relationship experience is relevant.
