Loan Sales Manager

Role & responsibilities

* Generate leads and acquire new customers for financial products.

* Contact customers and understand their loan/financial requirements.

* Explain suitable products, eligibility and documentation requirements.

* Collect and verify customer documents and coordinate the application process.

* Follow up with customers and banks/NBFC partners until completion.

* Maintain regular customer records and achieve assigned monthly targets.

* Build good relationships with customers and ensure proper service.

Preferred Candidate Profile

* Any Graduate / 12th Pass with relevant sales experience.

* Good communication and interpersonal skills.

* Basic knowledge of MS Office and smartphone applications.

* Sales, banking, finance or loan-related experience will be an advantage.

* Freshers with good communication and a willingness to learn can also apply.

* Target-oriented and willing to work in a customer-facing sales role.
