Loan Sales Executive

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Identify potential customers for personal loans and conduct telesales calls to generate leads.
• Process loan applications, verify customer information, and ensure compliance with bank policies.
• Build relationships with existing clients to increase repeat business and referrals.
• Meet daily/weekly targets set by the management team.

Job Requirements :

• 0-5 years of experience in banking sales or related field.
• Strong communication skills for effective telecalling conversations.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision in a fast-paced environment.
