About this role
Role & responsibilities
- Contact and evaluate inbound leads interested in personal, business, or retail loan products in Kannada, Hindi, and English.
- Explain loan products, interest rates, tenure options, and eligibility criteria clearly to prospective borrowers.
- Guide customers through the loan application process, verifying required documents (PAN, Aadhaar, salary slips, bank statements).
- Maintain clean records of customer details, lead pipeline statuses, and daily call updates in the CRM.
Preferred candidate profile
- Language Mastery: Must be 100% fluent with strong persuasive communication in Kannada, Hindi, and English.
- Loan / Financial Sales Experience: 03 years of experience in Loan Sales, Banking, Financial Services, Tele-sales, or Inbound Sales (freshers with strong financial aptitude welcome).
