Loan Sales Executive (field sales)

Location: Hyderabad
Experience: 1–5+ years | Relevant BFSI/Loan Sales experience preferred

About the Role:
Big Pockett is looking for skilled and target-oriented Sales Executives to generate and convert customers for banking and financial loan products. Relevant sales ability and customer-handling skills will be given importance over years of experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Generate leads through field visits, referrals, networking, and cold calling.
• Identify customer requirements and recommend suitable loan products.
• Sell Personal, Business, Home, Vehicle, MSME Loans and LAP.
• Handle customer follow-ups, documentation, and application processing.
• Build relationships with customers, channel partners, and local businesses.
• Achieve monthly sales targets and maintain accurate lead/CRM records.
• Coordinate with internal teams until loan approval and disbursement.

Requirements

• Strong communication, negotiation, and customer-handling skills.
• Sales/lead-generation and follow-up ability.
• Willingness to work in the field and travel as required.
• BFSI/NBFC/Loan/Financial Services/Field Sales experience preferred.
• Freshers with strong sales aptitude and communication skills may apply.
• Bachelor's degree in any discipline.

Salary: 3–6 LPA + Performance Incentives
Working Hours: 9:30 AM – 6:30 PM
