Work Schedule: 6 Days Working | 1 Rotational Week Off - Day Shift

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound recovery calls to borrowers for overdue loan EMIs.
• Explain outstanding balances, late payment charges, and the impact on CIBIL/credit scores.
• Negotiate repayment timelines and secure firm Promise-to-Pay (PTP) commitments.
• Strictly adhere to the RBI Fair Practice Code and ethical debt recovery standards.
• Log call dispositions, payment links, and borrower commitments accurately in the CRM.

Candidate Profile & Eligibility

• Education: Any Graduate (Freshers eligible) OR PUC (DRA Certified)
• Language Proficiency: English + Hindi OR English + 2 South Indian Languages.
• Skills: Strong negotiation, debt persuasion, and conflict-resolution abilities.
