Key Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day lending and loan operations activities.
• Handle loan booking, loan funding and loan servicing processes.
• Support loan syndication and related operational activities.
• Ensure accurate and timely processing of loan transactions and documentation.
• Perform transaction validation, reconciliation and exception handling.
• Coordinate with internal teams and stakeholders for timely loan servicing.
• Ensure process accuracy, compliance and adherence to defined controls.
• Identify operational issues and drive timely resolution.
• Support process improvement and operational efficiency initiatives.
• TL/AM/Manager: Lead teams, manage performance and handle stakeholder coordination as applicable.

Professionals with experience in Lending Operations, Loan Servicing, Loan Funding, Loan Booking, Loan Syndication or Loan Operations, preferably from a Commerce background.
