Loan Operations Executive

Role & responsibilities

• Coordinate with customers from initial enquiry through loan processing and disbursement.
• Understand customer requirements and collect the necessary financial and property documents.
• Prepare and maintain document checklists, financial information and loan eligibility data.
• Coordinate with banks/NBFCs and follow up on applications, queries and pending requirements.
• Communicate with customers regularly and ensure a smooth loan processing experience.
• Maintain accurate records, CRM updates and MIS using MS Excel.
• Coordinate for loan disbursements and assist with related documentation and bank visits when required.
• Follow up with existing customers for repeat funding opportunities and referrals.
• Learn and develop expertise in Home Loans, Loan Against Property and other financial products handled by NFS.

Preferred candidate profile

• Graduate in B.Com, BBA, BMS or a related discipline.
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply; prior experience in banking, financial services or loan processing will be an advantage.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Good academic record and a willingness to learn.
• Comfortable speaking with customers and coordinating with different stakeholders.
• Good working knowledge of MS Excel and basic computer applications.
• Attention to detail and ability to work with numbers and documents.
• Proactive attitude with good follow-up and organisational skills.
