Job Description

We are looking for Field Officers / Centre Managers to join our microfinance operations in Bihar. The candidate will be responsible for managing customers/groups, conducting field visits, ensuring timely loan repayments, and supporting business growth while maintaining high service and compliance standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct regular field visits and customer meetings.
• Identify and onboard new customers and form JLG/SHG groups.
• Explain loan products, repayment schedules and company policies to customers.
• Conduct customer verification and ensure proper KYC/documentation.
• Manage centre meetings and maintain customer relationships.
• Ensure timely collection of loan instalments.
• Follow up on overdue accounts and maintain portfolio quality.
• Monitor customer repayment behaviour and identify potential risks.
• Resolve customer queries and complaints professionally.
• Maintain accurate records and submit daily/weekly reports.
• Achieve assigned business and collection targets.
• Follow company policies, ethical collection practices and applicable regulatory guidelines.

Candidate Profile

• Minimum 12th pass / Graduate preferred.
• Experience in microfinance, banking, NBFC, sales or field collection will be an advantage.
• Freshers with good communication skills may apply for Field Officer positions.
• Good communication and customer-handling skills.
• Basic knowledge of smartphones and mobile applications.
• Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned area.
• Knowledge of Hindi and local language/dialect preferred.
• Candidates should be target-oriented, responsible and comfortable working in rural/semi-urban areas.
